The Life Foundations PROCESS

The Foundations Course is a journey. It is never ending. It takes work and continual investment of time and energy.

By definition a process is "a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end." Process also means an action, activity, exercise, affair, business, job, task, or undertaking.

Basically, creating a process is your commitment to long-term change.

Fortunately, you are the beneficiary of this process. You are investing in yourself - your life - your dreams - your passion!

Thus, the process is your path on life’s journey.

The Life Foundations Methods

By definition, a method is "a particular procedure for accomplishing or approaching something, especially a systematic or established one."

Method also means a "procedure, technique, system, practice, routine, modus operandi, method of working, or formula." Thus, it is "the quality of being well organized and systematic in thought or action."

Implementing a method ensures "order, orderliness, organization, arrangement, structure, form, system, logic, planning, design, purpose, pattern, routine, and discipline!"

Thus, the Lifestyle Foundations method creates your map for life. It allows you to chart your journey in small detail to a specific destination/life goal.

Where are you now?

Where will you be in 10 years? 20 years? 50 years?

Using a Life Strategy map, there are many different routes to our destinations in life. Sometimes we will go directly, other times we may wander, and sometimes we will choose a new destination.

Regardless, by consciously choosing our path (process) and using a clearly outlined map (methods) we can accurately assess where we are and where we are going at any time. This systemized formula provides us with focus and understanding.

As we often say in yoga, trust the process. It is not about being “right” in our every step. It is about enjoying the journey and trusting the process that takes us along our path.

Each of these steps allows us to positively move forward in our transformational journey.

Remember, you are not alone on this adventure. You are part of a much larger community here at Lifestyle Tribe.

The path may be rocky and difficult at times. If so, then rest.
